£30,507-£32,029 commensurate with experience (pro rata 6-month fixed term contract)

Live & Local is seeking an Operations & Finance Manager (Maternity Cover) to work alongside the Executive Director and Engagement Manager to facilitate, manage and support the growth of our organisation. They will manage the Business and Operations Department and have specific responsibility to manage and supervise the smooth running of the office, core administration, financial administration of the company, HR, and physical resources.

The role is a key element in delivering efficient support for all their activities focussing on the financial, internal business processes and the innovation, learning and skills perspectives in their Business Plan.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in HR, line management, business development, and finance. Enthusiasm for the arts is also essential.

This role offers variety, challenge and interest with the added benefit of a flexitime contract and a balance of a work from home and work from office hours.
