We encourage people from any background to apply for this post. We want to create a workforce which is representative of our society and brings together those with a variety of skills and experiences to help shape what we do and how we work.
Disabled people and those of ethnically diverse heritage are under-represented in the cultural sector, so we particularly encourage applications from people in these groups.
