These exciting opportunities stand at the heart of NAE’s vision and they look forward to receiving a broad and diverse range of applications from Artists, Curators and Designers who meet the eligibility criteria.

OPEN – an invitation to emerging UK based artists from the Global Ethnic Majority* and all artists from Nottinghamshire to submit applications for NAE’s hugely popular annual exhibition and professional development opportunity.

CURATE – NAE’s Curatorial development programme, supporting emerging Global Ethnic Majority curators to develop curatorial skills.

RESIDE – an invitation to artists and creative groups to take up residency at NAE where they can collaborate and connect with our wider community to generate inspiring ideas, develop new initiatives and nurture their practice.
