Inspired by the Five Ways to Wellbeing (Connect, Give, Take Notice, Keep Learning and Be Active), Elixir Arts have produced five video sessions each involving a movement session followed by an arts session on the same theme.The films are no longer than 25 minutes in length.

The films feature Art and yoga activities for all ages; (mainly aimed at adults.) with artist Jamila Walker and artist and yoga teacher Emily Wilkinson. To promote wellbeing, creativity, fun, sharing and movement.
Small amount of 'accessible' equipment required.
