Dark Matter Investigator + Policy and Info Nerd + Dreamer = Impact Lead

Over the next three years, this new role will establish new systems within the organisation, team and working methods to help Spectra measure and improve their impact (community, artistic and environmental) and improve their evaluation methodology.

Information-driven with a creative outlook, this role will take a radical approach to policy review and creation, seeking to establish policies that are useful and accessible to the people they serve. This role will have substantial input into creating strategies for Spectra’s future.
