Congratulations to the recipients of the British Council Unlimited Micro Awards Round Five!

Selected by Unlimiteds disabled-led panel, meet the nine pairs of disabled artists receiving micro grants of £2500 to connect and collaborate across two different countries.

  • Burong Zeng (Lewes, England) and Wen Liao (China) – Life Lies in (Non)Movement

  • Rachel Gadsden (London, England) and Farah Wardani (Lebanon) – Embodiment – making the invisible visible

  • Ingrid Molinos (London, England) and Alexander Madriz (Venezuela) – Establishing connections and sharing choreographic practices

  • Deborah Ajia (London, England) and Pelemo Nyajo (Nigeria) – “The Disability Talk” or “Black, Female, Disabled“

  • Ikram Ahmed (London, England) and Maha Mhamdi (Tunisia) – Memory, archives and the body. A visual arts Exchange

  • Sha Supangan (Norwich, England) and Paula Melizza Valera (Philippines) – TAMA NA: ENOUGH
