The Incorrigibles: Perspectives on Disability Visual Arts in the 20th and 21st Centuries
'The Incorrigibles' is DASH's first publication. It is a book about artists being artists; a celebration of difference, it is about the will to survive as artists, it is about humanity, the fact that art unites us all as human beings, and that Disability Art is here and now!
Awkward Bastards - ABsence
ABsence was a two day event featuring masterclasses and a symposium taking place at mac birmingham on 22 and 23 March 2017 bringing together artists, activists, thinkers, and producers to rethink ideas around diversity. The symposium was a collaboration between DASH, mac birmingham and LADA.
