Morag Ballantyne: FCP External Evaluator

Morag Ballantyne, Evaluator FCP (she/her)

Morag is a freelance Consultant with expertise in leading change, building leadership and developing strategy.

She has worked with organisations, agencies and artists across the cultural sector in England, Scotland and Wales to help them to see things differently and to transform what they do.

Evaluation has been embedded in the design and activity of FCP from the outset, capturing progress, learning and change. Morag has been the evaluation lead since 2019, as part of the DASH FCP team, contributing to planning and critical thinking about the direction of the programme and its legacy.
 

Morag is a Trustee of Fermynwoods Contemporary Art and of Turned on its Head. She has just stood down as Deputy Chair of the Traverse Theatre, Edinburgh, and is a former Chair of The Core at Corby Cube and Trustee of Royal & Derngate Theatre. Morag lives in West Yorkshire with her husband and has two grown up children.
