Coventry Art Show - Curatorial Fellowship
DASH are delighted to partner with Art Riot Collective (ARC) on the Coventry Art Show programme that will run alongside British Art Show 10: A Chorus of Strangers curated by Ekow Eshun.
DASH and ARC will partner on the Fellowship strand of the programme to host a home-based visual artist interested in exploring exhibition-making. This is the first Home Based Situated Practice (HBSP) residency since DASH’s pioneering pilot programme earlier this year.

Coventry Art Show places accessibility, participation and artist development
is at its heart and is led by Art Riot Collective, whose nationally recognised access-led practice is grounded in the belief that culture belongs to everyone. Through exhibitions, workshops, residencies, talks and community-led activity, the programme creates opportunities for people of all backgrounds, experiences and abilities to engage with contemporary art and discover the richness and diversity of Coventry's visual arts community.

About Art Riot Collective
Art Riot Collective is a nationally recognised arts organisation whose work is grounded in the belief that culture belongs to everyone. About Home Based Situated Practice
Home Based Situated Practice (HBSP) is a year-round virtual residency, commissioning programme and peer-support network conceived and delivered by DASH to nurture, mentor and platform artists who work from home or at a studio space nearby to home.
HBSP will offer supported online residencies for contemporary visual artists who encounter access barriers to ‘traditional’ in-person opportunities offered by brick-and-mortar galleries. Each residency will include opportunity for exhibitions, residencies, commissions, artist development and mentorship support.
The Home Based Artist-Curator Fellowship is generously supported using public funding by Arts Council England, Paul Mellon Centre for Studies in British Art and Art Riot Collective.
