‘Reuse, Reclaim: Reframing sustainable arts practice’ resource from Outside In
Outside In have created a resource for artists to facilitate sustainable arts practices.
You can access the resource ‘Reuse, Reclaim: Reframing sustainable arts practice’ which is in the form of a 66 page online magazine, via the Outside In website here.
This resource has been created in collaboration with Outside In artists, and showcases some amazing examples of ecological, sustainable, carbon conscious and land art. There is also a range of more affordable and accessible retailers, resources and projects which it is hoped can support and inspire artists to take the next steps towards balancing accessibility and environmentally friendly arts practices, and empower all artists to continue to share their stories moving forwards.
"Outside In is delighted to launch this new resource, ‘Reuse, Reclaim: Reframing sustainable arts practice’. Over the past few months, we’ve been in deep conversation with our artists about what environmentally-friendly art means to them, and this resource is the exciting result of those discussions. It’s packed with inspiring and innovative ways to weave sustainability into the heart of creative practice."
Outside In is a charity that provides a platform for artists who encounter significant barriers to the art world due to health, disability, social circumstance, or isolation.
