With over 30 years’ experience in Broadcast Media, Alison brings extensive administrative and operational expertise to her role at DASH, where she supports both Chief Executive Officer/Artistic Director Heather Peak and Executive Director Peter Bonnell. Alison’s background encompasses business development, human resource planning, organisational behaviour, leadership, and communications, equipping her to excel within complex, multi-disciplinary organisations and contribute to both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
Alison is passionate about supporting neurodivergent colleagues, drawing on her experience to develop tailored systems that foster organisation, focus, and empowerment. Alison’s approach is grounded in empathy, adaptability, and effective problem-solving, ensuring the support is always responsive to individual needs and working styles.
