DASH Appoints 4 New Trustees

DASH is pleased to announce four new appointments to its Board of Trustees: Emalee Beddoes, Becky Beasley, Dr Gemma Marmalade and Sonia Boué. They each bring extensive experience in curation, academia, board governance, and the needs of Disabled, Deaf and Neurodivergent artists within the cultural landscape.

Emalee Beddoes is Curator of Collections and Engagement at Hereford Museums and Galleries, where she is leading the arts strand of the museum’s major redevelopment. Her practice centres on co-production, working with artists and communities to explore and reinterpret historic collections for today, with a particular focus on folk art, humour in art and strengthening rural arts ecologies. Becky Beasley is Professor of Fine Art at Goldsmiths College, London and is represented internationally by Gallery Plan B in Berlin and Francesca Minini Gallery in Milan. ​​​​​​​Dr Gemma Marmalade is an artist, academic and cultural leader whose practice and research champion inclusive, critical and experimental approaches in contemporary art.
